CMC Photography

As I was putting post together I was hard pressed to find images of me and my baby together.  I’ve taken over 250 gigs worth of images in his 2 short years of life, and I could hardly find any with the two of us together.  I almost cried at the realization.  Don’t miss these times, we so often place the importance of having images of our kiddos as they grow, but I promise looking back , they will want to see us too.  I can’t bear the thought of my son asking why I’m not in any of the pictures while he was a baby.  The excuses could go on and on, but in the end, none of them really matter.  I could wait till I’m thinner, or find the right outfit, or till my hair grows out or gets cut, but who knows when it will all fall into place.  Who knows what can happen in the meantime.  So I vow to let this be the last time I struggle to find the memories.  I will make these moments last, even if they don’t seem perfect, they are real.  And that’s pretty close.
